I have over 20 years experience of working in the voluntary community both with employed and unemployed communities. I have extensive experience of working in unions, labour relations, LRC, conciliation and labour court.
I have also worked at every level of management including senior management level in large manufacturing, exporting & distribution industry. I’m associate lecturer at degree level 7 with a number of institutes in Ireland.
