In December 2009 I completed a Conflict Resolution and Mediation Skills course accredited by The Mediators' Institute of Ireland.  On successful completion of this course I obtained my MII practicing certificate. In 2009 I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in Addiction Studies. In 2014 I graduated from Queens University in Belfast with a masters degree in Mediation Studies MSSc. I am a member of Dublin community mediation. I am a board member of NECRET (north east cancer research educational trust)

Since 2009 I have been working in Private Practice, alongside my voluntary contribution at the Drogheda Community Services Center.
