Polly Phillimore has a background in law, mediation and education. She trained and worked as a mediator with the state-run Family Mediation Service from 2001 and was appointed as a Regional Manager in 2003. Polly held the position of Director of the Family Mediation Service from 2005-2017, which also included overall direction of the mediator training programme in partnership with UCD and latterly with NUI Maynooth.
Polly currently works as a private family mediator in Dublin and Sligo.
Polly is also a qualified practice consultant/clinical practice supervisor with extensive supervision experience and available to work with supervisees both face-to-face and on zoom.
