Richard is an experienced negotiator and mediator. He has extensive international commercial experience in the telecommunications and electronics industry. He is an engineer with experience as a founder, CEO and director of four start-up companies. He has international experience in agency and distribution agreements, fundraising, and shareholders’ agreements in the telecommunications, electronics and software industry and also in academic & industry research and development partnerships. He has a keen interest in negotiation and has attended the Programme on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School.
