I am an accredited, practicing mediator and business consultant and coach who is passionate about helping clients engage better with people. I work with individuals, groups and Organisations to ensure they manage conflict situations in the most effective way. I first trained as a Mediator in 2004 and attained certified membership status of the Mediators Institute of Ireland in 2014 and recently completed a masters in Mediation at NUI Maynooth where I researched conflict in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) as part of a dissertation.
