She is also an experienced facilitator, trained in Myers‑Briggs (MBTI) and group facilitation, bringing a deep understanding of communication styles and interpersonal dynamics to her mediation practice. Sarah holds a Diploma in Mediation (Distinction) from IBEC and TU Dublin and is committed to delivering a mediation process that is confidential, impartial and aligned with MII standards, ensuring parties feel supported throughout.
