I have over 40 years’ experience working in Senior Human Resources positions, both in Financial Services and more recently in a large Public Service organisation. For the past 20 years I have been a Certified Mediator with extensive experience in workplace mediations and interpersonal/workplace disputes. I have provided mediation and conflict resolution solutions at various stages of internal HR policies and processes.
I provide Workplace Mediation during workplace disputes, working to the MII guidelines and Code of Ethics. I have over 65 workplace mediations completed to date.

I am a trained Contact/Support Person to support staff during Mediation and Bullying and Harassment investigations.
I am a HR graduate from the College of Industrial Relations (NCI) and a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. I hold a Diploma in Mediation skills - negotiation and change, organisation and workplace mediation and dispute resolution from Technological University Dublin and UCD Dublin.
I am certified as a Workplace mediator by the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII).
I hold a Diploma in Executive Coaching for High Performance,from the Irish Management Institute (IMI)/UCC
Shane will carry out Zoom mediation, Virtual Online Telephone mediation, and face to face mediation, as required.
