I am an independent accredited mediator providing mediation services to organisational/workplace, families, and separating couples.
I specialise also in child inclusive and child-focussed mediations. I am based in Co. Cork but provide private client mediation services throughout Ireland.  
 
My primary degree is in Applied Social Care and I hold approximately 20 years of experience, working with children and families in vulnerable situations
I have vast experience of the devastation that conflictual relationship breakdown can have on children, and how the court system at present is inadequately equipped to deal with the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children involved in these situations. So much so, I have written a book for children about their perspective of how things are when they are going through the emotion of the breakdown.
 
I  provide an emotionally and physically safe non-judgemental and confidential service to clients. Children’s First and Child Protection is of paramount importance and will be adhered to at all times. Confidentiality is limited within certain circumstances, namely the protection of children for all forms of abuse, or the intention of either party to self-harm or harm another.
