Susan qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. Susan was known for settling matters and has vast negotiating experience. Susan has settled matters which were considered to by other legal professionals to be not capable of being settled. Susan’s experience is ideal for making agreements that will work in the legal world. She also has expansive knowledge of taxation and business matters.
As a newly qualified solicitor in 2006 Susan set up her own practice on the South Mall in Cork.. She led a team of Solicitors and support staff who together represented mostly property developers in their purchases, sales and restructurings. She was involved in the purchase and sale of shopping Centres, Hotels, Golf Courses and large residential developments. Susan has worked on transactions worth hundreds of millions of euros. She worked as a commercial and property Solicitor mostly. Susan also has vast experience in other areas including Family Law, Court Work, Estates and Wills, Employment Law and Landlord and Tenant.
Susan undertakes the following all types of mediation
Separating couples, dealing with all issues which arise such as Divorce, custody, access, maintenance.
Inter Personal Mediations. Examples include neighbour dispute, sibling disputes, disputes between a school and a parent, land disputes, disputes in relation to inheritance.
Commercial Mediations. Examples include breach of contract disputes, disputes about errors made, disputes about building construction, disputes over payment/ non-payment for goods or services.
Workplace Mediations. Examples include Bullying and Sexual Harassment.
Landlord and Tennant Mediations.

Susan has an Honours Law Degree from Trinity College Dublin and is on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland and is also on the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Susan is a qualified mediator. Susan is currently dedicating her career to her work as a mediator.
Susan is an accredited member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland.
