Vera Hogan is a Mediator with over 20 years proven track record of transforming conflict and resolving often difficult and protracted disputes. A former Trade Union leader and then Human Resources Manager, she now works through her own Mediation & Human Resources Consultancy, providing specialised Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution services, to business and organisations.Â
Vera brings to mediation her wealth of hands experience, strategic vision and valuable insights into the dynamics of conflict resolution. She also brings her sincerity, understanding and support. Vera is skilled at building trust and constructive engagement, while enabling the parties develop solutions that are workable and sustainable.Â
