You can telephone or e mail the mediator and ask them for details of their service including their fees and availability.  MII mediators are the best trained and most skilled in the country and have been assessed as competent to carry out mediations. They are obliged to adhere to the MII’s Code of Ethics and Practice, engage in continuing professional education (CPD) and hold professional indemnity insurance. MII accredited mediators are issued with an Annual Practising Certificate to demonstrate their current accredited status and you may ask to see that certificate

The search results will show both Members and Advanced Members. Both are qualified and accredited. Advanced Members have completed an additional assessment to prove their experience of at least 100 hours of practice and their expert mediation skills. Trainee Affilates and those Members or Advanced Members who are not available to mediate have their profiles shown but grayed out.
