Dear Member,
I would like to invite you to consider getting involved as a member of the MII Council. The AGM provides an opportunity for MII Members to put themselves forward for election to the MII Council. Current indications are that there may be up to 5 Council positions to be filled at the AGM.
In particular, and as a result of a skills assessment analysis conducted by MII, I would encourage members with marketing skills, language skills (other than English) and I.T. skills to seek election to MII Council. In addition, I would like to see members who feel they could speak for underrepresented groups to put themselves forward as candidates.
If you feel you can contribute to the work of the MII Council in the development and advancement of mediation in Ireland, in combination with other Council members, you would be most welcome as a Council member to help shape the future of mediation in Ireland.
With best wishes
Ber Barry Murray
President
